Gorgeous fairly clean hotel and staff was consistently courteous and exceptional. The location of the venue was very central, short walk to airport shuttle as well as Lisbon. Besides, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance 

Fresh made and sensational breakfast with a good choice of food options. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a work desk, multi-channel television, and a seating area. Top location in Baixa / Chiado district short walk

Would recomand this place and would happily return. Exceptional location by Metro stations, and the rooms were contemporary and modern. We had a few cool drinks in the nice hotel’s bar.

The property was nice and impecable with awesome staff at all times. The location was unbeatable, on the square with easy access to supermarkets and shops. I was surprised at nearby Fabrica da Nata, they had some goodies, drinks.

Everything was great, so where great views of the square and of the castle high above. The stuff was incredible, exceptional, no complains at all. Stayed there for trip and had a very comfortable experience, so I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Appreciated the price of our double room with excellent bathroom and its essentials. The location was marvellous, and we could reach Bairro Alto by walking.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The accommodation had a very central location in the center of everything. I have stayed here before and would definitely return here. 

Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean. Sumptuous breakfast. Safe, fridge, and bathrobes provided. Soundproof room with great view. Perfect city center location, near metro, buses, shops, and restaurants. Amazing hospitality, 

We absolutely adored this hotel and wished we could have extended our stay because of its incredible location, just a short 15-minute drive from the airport.
